Refund policy

We accept returns on defective items only within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return. To start a return, contact us at wilsonleatherworks2025@gmail.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
