The belt is "necked down" in the front and has a small buckle.  This makes for a comfortable all day working man's belt that does not dig or pinch. This belt is handmade from a 9/10 oz strap of Herman Oak Leather Saddle Skirting and has a 3/4 oz liner . It is oil finished and has a roller buckle.
